We believe our hardware and software support program is unprecedented. Our support contract on Frame Thrower covers both the hardware and the software. This means that if there is a problem with Frame Thrower you are guaranteed a response within one business day. In the unlikely event that the hardware fails, replacements parts are provided within 1 business day.
Any software problem that might occur can often be fixed remotely over the Internet.
Software updates are included in the Digital Ordnance hardware and software support program. We also provide you with software upgrades to add all the new features that are compatible with your system.

If you have a suggestion for a feature to add or a bug report, we ask that you submit it to our issue tracking system. This will allow you to follow the progress on your request as Digital Ordnance addresses it. You will also know which version of the software includes your requests.
